Thank you for using WikiGold. This Terms of Use (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of the WikiGold mobile application and all related products and services (collectively, “WikiGold” or the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WikiGold, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
1.1 This Term is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and WikiGold regarding your use of any feature, content, or service offered through the WikiGold platform.
1.2 These terms apply universally across all WikiGold offerings. Your use of any individual service constitutes acceptance of this Term.
1.3 WikiGold reserves the right to modify this Term at any time. Changes will be posted via in-app notice or on our official website. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, you must stop using WikiGold.
1.4 For certain features (e.g., premium tools, third-party integrations), additional terms (“Individual Service Agreements”) may apply. In case of conflict, the Individual Service Agreement prevails. Use of such features constitutes acceptance of those terms.
2.1 WikiGold grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on a single device for non-commercial purposes only.
2.2 You may create one backup copy solely for archival purposes, provided it includes all original copyright notices.
2.3 All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by WikiGold. No ownership interest is transferred to you. WikiGold’s failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
3.1 You may obtain the software from WikiGold’s official website or authorized app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
3.2 WikiGold does not support or guarantee the functionality of software obtained from unauthorized sources and assumes no liability for damages arising therefrom.
4.1 WikiGold may have developed different software versions for various terminal devices; please select and download the version appropriate for your specific requirements for installation.
4.2 Choose the appropriate version for your device. Follow installation instructions carefully.
4.3 You may uninstall the software at any time.
4.4 WikiGold regularly releases updates to improve performance, security, and features. These may include bug fixes, enhancements, or version upgrades.
4.5 To ensure security and consistency, WikiGold may update the software without prior notice and may modify or disable certain features.
4.6 Older versions may become unsupported. WikiGold does not guarantee continued availability, compatibility, or customer support for legacy versions. Users are encouraged to keep the app updated.
WikiGold may integrate third-party applications (e.g., media players, utilities). Your use of these is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
5.1 You acknowledge that third parties may collect personal data based on permissions you grant. You alone are responsible for reviewing their policies and authorizing data sharing.
5.2 Any disputes with third parties are solely between you and them. WikiGold is not liable for third-party conduct, content, or service quality—even if reviewed or featured on our platform.
5.3 WikiGold reserves the right to remove any third-party integration without notice to protect platform integrity.
5.4 By using third-party services via WikiGold, you agree to: (a) Authenticate using your WikiGold account; and (b) Allow necessary data access as required by the third party.
5.5 Any disputes arising between the user and a third-party developer from the use of third-party applications shall be resolved through negotiation between the user and said third party. All associated liabilities and compensations shall be borne solely by the third party, and WikiGold shall assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
6.1 WikiGold owns or controls all intellectual property rights in its software, services, and content—including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and database rights—except where third-party ownership is clearly indicated.
6.2 All content (text, graphics, audio, video, UI/UX design, code, etc.) is protected and international treaties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6.3 Content provided through WikiGold (excluding user uploads or marked third-party material) is owned by WikiGold.
6.4 WikiGold trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission.
6.5 No license to WikiGold’s intellectual property is granted except as explicitly stated herein. All other rights are reserved.
6.6 You may not, and shall not assist others to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from WikiGold content—by manual or automated means (e.g., bots, spiders)—without prior written consent.
7.1 You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or transmit via WikiGold.
7.2 You warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws (including PRC regulations) and WikiGold’s policies. WikiGold may remove violating content without notice or liability.
7.3 You agree not to post content that:
Endangering national security or leaking state secrets.
Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting secession, or undermining national unity.
Damaging national honor and interests.
Promoting terrorism or extremism.
Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination; undermining ethnic unity.
Inciting regional discrimination or hatred.
Violating national religious policies; promoting cults or superstitions.
Fabricating or spreading rumors and false information to disrupt social order or stability.
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime.
Endangering network security or using the network to harm national security, honor, or interests.
Insulting or slandering others; infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
Subjecting others to violent intimidation or threats; engaging in "human flesh searches" (doxing).
Involving the privacy, personal information, or private data of others.
Spreading profanity or content that damages public order and good customs.
Infringing upon others`right to privacy, reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Distributing commercial advertisements, similar commercial solicitations, excessive marketing, or junk mail (spam).
Language Policy: Commenting in languages other than the primary language used by this website.
Irrelevance: Posting comments that are completely unrelated to the information being discussed.
Meaningless Content: Posting information that is meaningless or intentionally using character combinations to evade technical moderation.
Minor Protection: Infringing upon the legitimate rights of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors.
Unauthorized Recording: Secretly filming or recording others without permission, thereby infringing upon their legal rights.
Violence & High-Risk Behavior: Including content involving terror, gore, or high-risk activities that endanger the performer or others, including but not limited to:
- Any acts of violence and/or self-harm.
- Any content that threatens life and health, or involves the use of knives and other dangerous instruments that endanger personal or property rights.
- Encouraging or inducing others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death.
General Compliance: Any other information that violates laws, regulations, or public policy; interferes with the normal operation of WikiGold; or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
7.4 You further agree not to:
- Use WikiGold for commercial data harvesting;
- Interfere with service operations via scripts, plugins, or automation;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code;
- Launch cyberattacks, distribute malware, or probe system vulnerabilities;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
7.5 Even with permission to share WikiGold content, you must:
- Preserve original source links and branding;
- Prevent unauthorized scraping;
- Not use content beyond the permitted scope.
7.6 During your use of the software services, you shall abide by the software rules and be responsible for your conduct while using the WikiGold software and related services. Unless permitted by law or with prior written permission from WikiGold, you shall not engage in the following activities while using the WikiGold software and related services:
Sublicensing, licensing, selling, or using the services provided by WikiGold for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes without the written consent of WikiGold.
Using any unauthorized plug-ins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise influence the normal operation of the WikiGold software and related services.
Engaging in any activities that compromise computer network security involving or targeting WikiGold software and related services, including but not limited to:
- Illegal intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions, theft of network data, and other activities endangering network security;
- Providing programs or tools specifically designed for intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions and protective measures, or stealing network data;
- Providing technical support, advertising, payment processing, or other assistance to others while knowing they are engaged in activities that endanger network security;
- Accessing unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts;
- Entering public computer networks or others`computer systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information;
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the WikiGold system or network, or implementing other acts that undermine network security without permission;
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the WikiGold system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other acts that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;
- Forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names;
Reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the WikiGold software and related services, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the WikiGold software and related services.
Any other conduct that violates laws and regulations, this agreement, the company`s relevant rules, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
In any event, if WikiGold has reason to believe that any of your actions violate or may violate the aforementioned agreements, WikiGold may exercise independent judgment to handle the matter. WikiGold reserves the right to terminate services to you and hold you legally accountable.
7.7 Without written permission, you may not (nor assist others to):
Copying, reading, or utilizing the information and content of the WikiGold software and related services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotion, or increasing readership and page views.
Editing, organizing, or rearranging the information and content of the WikiGold software and related services without authorization for display on channels other than the original pages of the WikiGold software and related services.
Utilizing any identification methods, including but not limited to special tags or special codes, to personally or assist a third party in creating adverse effects such as traffic/readership redirection, diversion, or hijacking regarding the content of the WikiGold software and related services.
Any other acts of illegally obtaining information and content from this software and related services.
7.8 User Responsibilities & Rights
If a user violates the aforementioned commitments and specifications, resulting in any legal consequences, the user shall independently assume all legal liabilities in their own name and ensure that WikiGold is held harmless from any resulting losses or increased expenses.
If a user`s violation of the law or the provisions of this Agreement causes WikiGold to be subject to claims by a third party, the user shall fully compensate WikiGold for all costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, various indemnity payments, legal fees, and other reasonable expenses incurred for such purposes).
WikiGold reserves the right to delete relevant information at its sole discretion and publicly disclose your alleged illegal/breach behavior and the measures taken against you on the WikiGold software or website under the following circumstances: - A third party believes that the content/products published or uploaded by the user (including but not limited to videos, images, text, applications, software, etc.) infringe upon their rights; - Effective legal documents from national administrative or judicial authorities confirm that you have engaged in illegal or infringing acts; - WikiGold, based on its own judgment, believes that your behavior violates national laws and regulations or is suspected of violating the terms of this Agreement.
If you find that content posted by users within WikiGold (including but not limited to images, videos, literary works, etc.) infringes upon your prior rights, you may submit a report via email.
Regarding works and content uploaded, published, or stored by users in WikiGold (including but not limited to images, videos, literary works, etc.), the user guarantees that they possess lawful copyright/intellectual property rights or appropriate authorization for such works. Furthermore: - The user agrees to grant WikiGold a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, and non-exclusive license to use all aforementioned works and content. - WikiGold has the right to display, distribute, and promote said content, and has the right to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and use the content in any form, or authorize third parties to do so. - WikiGold may use the aforementioned works and content for its own promotion or other legal purposes. If you do not agree to authorize WikiGold`s use, please contact us via email.
WikiGold reserves the right to delete content or products suspected of being illegal, in breach of contract, or infringing upon the legal rights of others without prior notice and shall not bear any liability for such actions.
8.1 WikiGold provides the Service “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WikiGold disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 WikiGold is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions);
- Malware, hacking, or network failures;
- User error or unauthorized modifications;
- Third-party infrastructure issues.
- Other circumstances beyond WikiGold`s control or reasonable foresight.
8.3 You acknowledge that using WikiGold involves potential exposure to risks or harm from online information or other users. WikiGold is not liable for the authenticity, legality, or fitness of any information/products, nor for damages caused by third-party infringements. These risks include:
Harmful Content: Anonymous or impersonated messages containing threats, defamation, or offensive/illegal material.
User Harm: Psychological, physical, or financial damage resulting from deception or misleading conduct by others.
8.4 WikiGold’s right to moderate content does not create an obligation to monitor or remove content promptly.
8.5 Responsibility for third-party services lies solely with their providers. WikiGold assumes no liability for their performance or content.
8.6 Market data provided on this platform is for reference only and does not constitute any investment advice.
While the platform will make every effort to ensure the timeliness of the market data, it does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of such data, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any inaccuracies, omissions, or other issues related to the data.
9.1 You must use WikiGold lawfully. If you post content that is illegal, immoral, or breaches this agreement, WikiGold reserves the right to:
Stop transmission or delete offending content.
Limit or suspend your access to specific features or services.
Permanently revoke your right to use the software.
Reclaim your account and ban you from creating new ones.
Report violations to relevant government authorities.
Publicly list your violations and the actions taken against you.
Pursue legal liability and seek compensation for damages.
9.2 WikiGold may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without notice.
9.3 You are responsible for backing up your data. Upon termination, WikiGold may permanently delete all your data without obligation to return it.
9.4 You may access specific services within WikiGold that may require additional agreements or third-party rules. These will be prominently displayed. By using these services, you agree to be bound by their respective terms.
9.5 The termination of this agreement does not affect rights or obligations incurred prior to termination, including the right to seek damages for any breach.
10.1 WikiGold reserves the right to independently judge violations of this agreement or privacy policies. Measures include warnings, content deletion, account restrictions, or permanent bans. We may publicize results and report illegal activities to authorities. Restoration of service is at our sole discretion.
10.2 You are solely responsible for any third-party claims or lawsuits arising from your breach of these terms. You must fully compensate WikiGold and its affiliates for any losses, penalties, or damages resulting from your illegal acts or breach of contract.
10.3 You guarantee that uploaded content (text, images, audio, etc.) does not infringe on third-party rights, including IP, reputation, or privacy. WikiGold may remove infringing content upon notice. You must handle all third-party claims and indemnify WikiGold for any resulting financial or reputational loss.
11.1 Acceptance & Amendments Using this software constitutes acceptance of these terms. WikiGold may update this agreement at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance; otherwise, you must stop using the software.
11.2 Severability If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect and binding.
